Intellectual Technology Inc. operates as a provider of driver testing SAAS solutions across various states. The existing process for implementing client-requested changes to the item pool is time-consuming, taking the Business Analyst approximately 40 hours to complete manually.

I created both low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, facilitating stakeholder meetings to refine the user flow. Collaborating closely with frontend developers, we identified reusable components and eliminated redundant actions to optimize the system.

Learnings
