Project Description
This project came about from a course I took for my B.A. at Michigan State University called “Ethnography and Interaction Design.” The goal of the course was to use advanced user research and agile software development methods to create a website to support community deliberation about the Michigan Avenue Corridor Project.
My contribution to the project are as follows:
• Conducted user research for www.ourmichiganave.org
• Created user profiles to identify specific audience members
• Interviewed target audience members in open environment
• Composed user stories to identify usage trends
• Collaborated with design team to develop a positive user experience
• Contributed to the iteration one redesign
